Ragin’ Ceilidh Band

Ragin’ Ceilidh Band will be sure to keep your guests dancing all night in a fun, safe and lively atmosphere.

The band take a fun approach to Ceilidhs, incorporating well known classic pop songs, theme tunes and traditional tunes into their set.

Both members of the band teach and call Ceilidh Dances to a high standard and have had experience teaching Ceilidh dances to guests from countries such as Italy, Germany and Poland to name a few. The band will often go out onto the dance floor to teach the dances, if the guests need an extra helping hand.

Cavan and Steven met whilst studying at the National Centre of Excellence in Traditional Music in Plockton and were both accepted onto the BMUS Traditional Music Course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Testimonials

Thank you so much for another great evening celebrating the wedding of my daughter Lucy Lynch and James Lynch. We all had such a fantastic time. You guys are brilliant, just so good at getting everybody up dancing and creating a great atmosphere. You played at my son’s wedding too so I have no more children to marry off....but I have been recommending you to all our friends!!!

Thanks again - you guys are the best at what you do!

These guys are simply the best ceilidh band ever! They’ve just played at my wife’s surprise 40th birthday party and really made it a very special evening.

All our guests were raving about them and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great ceilidh
